Carrier authorizes us to communicate with brokers on their behalf.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for lost profits or business interruption.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY
Our liability shall never exceed fees paid in the previous 30 days.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not responsible for interruptions due to market conditions, weather, government actions, or broker closures.
JURISDICTION
All disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All training and consulting is informational only.
NO GUARANTEED RESULTS
We do not guarantee income, contracts, or business success.
NOT A BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
